Many of our homes were built during the Roaring 20’s, and other fine homes were built during the economic boom after WWII. The National Register of Historic Places lists the Spruce Park Historic District as being among our Nation’s neighborhoods worthy of preservation. Additionally, homes on Sigma Chi Road contribute to New Mexico’s Sigma Chi Residential Historic District.
